Wal-Mart Selling Nintendo Wii Gift Cards

Can’t find a Nintendo Wii this holiday season?  It looks like Wal-Mart is trying to capitalize on the lack of supply by selling Nintendo Wii gift cards for $249.24, which is the price of the unit.

The problem with this?  It still doesn’t help you find a Nintendo Wii.   And if you do actually stumble across one anywhere but Wal-Mart, you can’t actually buy it because you already paid Wal-Mart for it!    Is anyone buying these?
